		<description>TechGirl is right.  But also take into account that it's in the agency's interest for you to bill as much as possible.  Any solo will have his/her solo work take precedence because it is more profitable for the solo.  Even if a temp/solo takes out the hours and is honest with his client(s), it still detracts from what s/he can do for the agency.</description>

		<description>The reason solo practitioners are not valued at document reviews is that too many of them literally conduct business during the document review.  I was on a project where this one man actually took calls while reviewing docs and didn't have his cellphone on vibrate early on.  There was another man who would step out constantly during the day and even said to his clients: "I just stepped out of the courtroom."  And, the other thing is that some of the solo practitioners are worse off financially than recent law grads.  It's like by the time they even get to doc review, they are just about to fall of the edge.</description>
